Lars is a demanding taskmaster -- always knows what he wants and damn the torpedoes, he's gettin' it.  I was having some trouble posing the people like Lars had in mind so there was a bit of back and forth on how to do it until he finally made me see the light (!).  It's always fun working with Lars, though, and I like his way of getting the best out of everyone.
